1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
  • Shipping usually takes 7-15 working days until your parcel is safely delivered.
  • Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.

2. Shipment Tracking

  • As soon as your shoes have been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
  • You can track your consignment at any time using the tracking number provided on the 17track.net website.
  • Please note that it may take 1-2 days for the tracking information to be updated on the website.

3. Order Changes

  • You can cancel an order or change the delivery address at any time before the products are dispatched.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer process refunds or address changes.
  • Free shipping is available for orders to the USA and Australia.

4. Shipping Methods and Duty-Paid Deliveries (DDP)

For certain countries, we offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) methods that do not require customs clearance or customs fees on your part. The countries and corresponding shipping methods are as follows:

  • USA: UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Great Britain: Local DPD Express
  • Europe: UPS Express / DPD Express / DHL Express
  • European countries eligible for DDP method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

  • For countries not listed above, customs clearance and payment of customs duties are required upon arrival of the parcel.
