Refund and Returns Policy

At LoveChildrenShoes, we want every step your child takes to be comfortable and happy. Whether you are a parent shopping for your little one or a retail partner stocking your shelves, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered to request a return or exchange.
  • Please note: If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns Kids’ feet grow fast, and we understand you might need a different size! To be eligible for a return, the shoes must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and Undamaged: The shoes must be in the exact same condition that you received them. Tip: Please have your child try the shoes on indoors on a clean, soft surface (like a carpet) to avoid scuffing the soles.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the undamaged original shoe box and all attached tags.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Please email our customer support team at [email protected]] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • If you need an exchange for a different size or color, please specify this in your email so we can reserve the inventory for you.
  • Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with a return address and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender’s address on the package without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., ordered the wrong size, changed your mind).
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective pair of shoes or the wrong style/size), LoveChildrenShoes will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Wholesale and B2B Orders As a trusted footwear supplier, we have specific guidelines for our wholesale partners:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Please inspect your bulk delivery upon arrival. Any manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported to your account manager within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit.
